Our nurseries are operated by experienced, long serving, qualified Managers, and are supported by our Operations Manager Mel Toogood, a Finance Team led by Louise Ripley, together with our CEO, Helen Nott, and supported by Deputy Managers in each setting. Every room is managed by an experienced senior nursery practitioner and a team of qualified/trainee nursery practitioners.
We welcome babies and children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old, 51 weeks of the year.
We have a staff/parents room where you are welcome to stay and have a coffee and read a magazine whilst reassuring yourself that your child is settled and happy before you leave. Parent parking is available at all three of our settings.
All of our meals are freshly prepared on the premises, using nutritious ingredients to provide a balanced diet. Our organic dairy produce is supplied by Yeo Valley. Breakfast can be provided upon request. We provide a mid-morning snack, a two course lunch, an afternoon snack and afternoon tea. Water is provided freely throughout the day. Fresh bread is made daily in our own kitchen. All of our kitchens have been rated 5 stars by the Food Standards Agency.
Fresh air is important for children's well-being and we have a 'welly boot' culture and encourage children to enjoy our outside space in all weathers.
We are proud to say we invest in our people with regular training. We have both male and female staff and we celebrate the fact that they stay with us.
